W Niemczech dopuszczono do u¿ycia szczepionkê na COVID-19 koncernu AstraZeneca równie¿ wœród osób maj¹cych wiêcej ni¿ 65 lat - informuje niemiecki resort zdrowia.

Niemiecka Sta³a Komisja ds. Szczepieñ rekomenduje równie¿, by wyd³u¿yæ okres miêdzy podaniem pierwszej a drugiej dawki tej szczepionki na COVID-19 do 12 tygodni.

W Niemczech podaje siê obecnie trzy szczepionki zatwierdzone do u¿ycia w UE - Pfizer/BioNTech, Moderna i AstraZeneca.

Producenci rekomenduj¹, by drug¹ dawkê tych szczepionek podawaæ po 21 (Pfizer/BioNTech) lub 28 dniach (Moderna, AstraZeneca).

"To dobra wiadomoœæ dla starszych osób, które czekaj¹ na szczepionkê. Mog¹ zostaæ zaszczepieni szybciej" - informuje ministerstwo.

"Wkrótce wydamy regulacjê wdra¿aj¹c¹ obie rekomendacje" - dodaje niemiecki resort.
